K.E.D.I.B.I.M. programs are offered in one of the following ways:
A. Distance Education
The implementation of the programs takes place using distance education methods. In this case, a special distance education platform is used, educational material is appropriately adapted to this method, and appropriate procedures for evaluating and monitoring the trainees are used. This type of education is a flexible form of training, as there is no time or place limitation. It is based on the principles of open education and serves the needs of personalized learning. Distance education can have a synchronous or asynchronous form, appropriately adapted to the requirements of each educational program. The familiarization of the trainees with the synchronous and asynchronous e-learning tools is ensured.
Attendance is mandatory for the granting of the foreseen certificate in in-person and distance education with synchronous education programs, and the absence limit cannot exceed 15% of the foreseen training hours. Modern education and outside working days make it possible to implement the programs in person and remotely.
B. In-person Education
The programs can be implemented in person in the University’s own structures, in rented, concessioned, or in structures of collaborating bodies. The structures must have all the necessary logistical equipment required for the program’s smooth implementation and ensure accessibility, safety, and hygiene. During the implementation of each program, this equipment is under the responsibility of the respective scientific manager. The contributors to each program must ensure its proper functioning during and at the end of the program. In-person education must ensure interaction between the instructor and the trainees. The implementation of these programs is carried out with a structured curriculum, in a specific space with a clear duration and timetable.
C. Blended Education
Blended education programs are implemented with a combination of face-to-face and distance learning. In this case, the educational material and the monitoring and evaluation methods are appropriately adapted to both forms of knowledge, and a special distance learning platform is used. The familiarization of learners with modern and asynchronous e-learning tools is ensured. Interaction between learners and instructors is ensured. For the courses that will be held face-to-face, the University premises described in paragraph 5.1.1 are used, and may be implemented outside of working days.
